Loaded requires positive startup/runtime evidence from the current worldserver. Compiled means the module is present in the installed build but has no positive runtime evidence yet.

Config state is reported separately because a statically linked module can be loaded while its master feature switch is disabled. Runtime unconfirmed is intentionally different from "not loaded". Modules without a single master switch are shown as No master switch.
